WebPrePrintTMenables the universal use of image and text data stored in databases. This electronic typesetter generates printed products directly from databases. In the process, a printable PDF document is created directly without an intermediate layout program.
The PDF files created can be ordered directly (automated e-mail traffic). Because of aneasy supplier recognition and an integrated order management, different suppliers can be defined and managed for each document.
The application includes an integrated user management. A user management with a rights system and access restriction is created to prevent anyone from being able to manage someone else's data. A direct database connection to all major systems is, of course, also possible.
Rich Internet Technologie
WebPrePrintTM is a modern Rich Internet Application (RIA). This means that calculations are performed on the client side without having to make a request to the server. This allows a more flowing use of RIAs and gives immediate feedback. The application was built as an AJAX application and is very easy to use and manage.
