We have expanded our product portfolio in the area of automated marketing campaigns, CX and CRM. Therefore W4 has entered into a strategic partnership with the leading software provider BSI. We look forward to numerous joint marketing projects using BSI CX. Using this powerful tool, we can define new horizons between offline marketing campaigns and CRM in one of our core services – consulting and implementation of campaigns for lead generation and customer loyalty.
How will our customers benefit from this partnership? The software as a service relies on hybrid workflows which enable an “and” from the “either / or” in offline and online campaigns.
