How much does working with a social media agency cost?
The investment depends on the number of channels, posting frequency, content effort and the scope of community management. We bill ongoing management as a monthly retainer. Note that the media budget for paid campaigns on LinkedIn or Meta is paid directly to the platforms and comes on top of the agency fee. In an initial call we clarify your needs and put together a quote that fits.
How quickly will we see results from social media?
Paid campaigns often deliver first leads within two to four weeks. An organic presence that brings sustained visibility and inquiries builds up over three to six months. In B2B the long sales cycle adds to that timeline, which is why we measure not just reach but the path from first touch to qualified lead.
Do you produce the content yourselves, or do we have to supply material?
We produce content in-house, from copy and visuals through carousels to videos for each platform. Your own photo material is welcome too because it often makes the brand feel more authentic, and we discuss the right mix in an initial call. Posts and ads go to you for approval before publication.
Who owns our social media accounts, and how long do we commit?
Your accounts always belong to you. We work through a manager access level, so you keep full control at all times, even if the engagement ends. For ongoing management we recommend at least six to twelve months, because organic effects only stabilise across that period. We discuss the right term openly with you.
How do you measure success, and do you distinguish between reach and real impact?
Yes. We track likes and reach, but decisions are made on the basis of pipeline impact, meaning which posts, channels and campaigns generate leads and inquiries. You receive reports across every active channel covering reach, engagement, follower growth, ad spend and cost-per-lead, plus a clear recommendation on what we change in the next cycle and why.
