Since 2021, the marketing and development team at W4 has been supporting Jellypipe, a service provider for reliable and high-quality 3D printing services. Thanks to its specially developed e-commerce platform, the company brings together customers, companies from various industrial sectors and print partners. It also processes 3D printing orders and offers comprehensive consulting services for the procurement and design of components in additive manufacturing.
Jellypipe was looking for comprehensive support for its marketing activities – from the conception and detailed development to the realisation and analysis of marketing measures. The main focus was to be on the blog, newsletter and social media channels. The objective was and is to offer (potential) customers informative and high-quality content that represents Jellypipe and its partners in the best possible way. With W4, Jellypipe has not only gained an experienced partner in terms of content creation in the B2B sector, but also a HubSpot Platinum Partner with the necessary technical expertise. Jellypipe also wanted a flexible partner who could act on an ad hoc basis and implement complex marketing activities. W4's way of working according to the Scrum principle and our agile project management fulfil this wish.
W4's content studio was responsible for creating high-quality, search engine-optimised content for the blog and social media channels and maintaining these assets via the HubSpot all-rounder platform. We also optimised the marketing automation via HubSpot, designed the newsletter template according to the customer's wishes and are responsible for newsletter creation.
Our services for Jellypipe also include appealing event marketing on all relevant platforms, for example for trade fair events, as well as the creation of print and marketing material.
Lead generation is of course an important aspect of our work. Whether via event marketing, classic digital marketing via the website or blog or via social media in the form of adverts: W4 supports Jellypipe on various channels in generating (relevant) leads to achieve the company's goals.
In addition to website management, we supported Jellypipe with the integration of the HubSpot CRM into the Jellypipe platform. All registrations on the website in the online shop, for example for orders from partners, are tracked and the contacts flow automatically into the HubSpot CRM. We developed the workflow for this import in cooperation with Jellypipe.
From 2024, W4 will take over hosting and maintenance of the Jellypipe website (Typo3).
