We look forward to numerous joint marketing projects using BSI CX. Using this powerful tool, we can define new horizons between offline marketing campaigns and CRM in one of our core services – consulting and implementation of campaigns for lead generation and customer loyalty.
How will our customers benefit from this partnership? The software as a service relies on hybrid workflows which enable an “and” from the “either / or” in offline and online campaigns. In B2C in particular, (new) customers are reached out to with print media such as classic letters, flyers, catalogs and postcards. Commonly, online campaigns are running in parallel. Too often, both worlds are lacking a system-related link. At least when it comes to the customer journey and lead nurturing. With BSI we can close this gap and create, roll out and optimize a perfect customer journey – smart and intelligent, also using AI.
