At the end of 2019, W4 received an invitation to pitch for the complex project of ZURZACH Care's website relaunch. Shortly after, ZURZACH CARE entrusted us with the conception and implementation of this challenging project. In close cooperation with the managers of ZURZACH Care, the leading group of companies in the Swiss healthcare sector for prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and reintegration, and the responsible design agency Sehstoff, we efficiently implemented the relaunch. We worked on the concept and design of the new website for about four months. Our developer team realized the technical implementation in only two months. This achievement was possible thanks to excellent project management and good coordination of approval processes.
The goal was to switch from the old WordPress CMS to the content management system of the HubSpot marketing automation platform. To do this, we first migrated the extensive WordPress site. Due to the large range of services offered by ZURZACH Care, the move to the new CMS was a complex matter. Therefore, it quickly became apparent that a high-performance search function had to be implemented to quickly provide users with the information they were looking for and optimize the user experience.
Furthermore, we created wireframes and a mobile design to display the website optimally on all devices. We developed new animated modules via React and integrated them into HubSpot. In the comprehensive content migration phase, we performed search engine optimizations to ensure that the site can be found easily in the popular search engines and receives an excellent ranking. The mapping of the various locations works with Google Maps and a corresponding filter function. ZURZACH Care's content managers can now easily maintain the content themselves thanks to the user-friendly HubSpot CMS modules and flexible drag and drop templates.
In addition, the group can now use all of the platform's marketing functions, for example, for its referral marketing or the management of all social media channels from one tool. Over the course of the year, the company will add a blog via HubSpot, which can also be maintained directly in the tool.
Since the beginning of 2021, the company group has been shining under its new name "ZURZACH Care", formerly "RehaClinic", and following the rebranding, it now also has a modern, high-performance, mobile and search-engine-optimized website that meets the highest requirements and offers an excellent user experience from the patient's point of view.
