Rehastudy is a renowned training centre for physiotherapy and rehabilitation medicine in Switzerland, based in Bad Zurzach and Winterthur. It offers professional training courses run by professionals for professionals. Course bookings are made online via the Rehastudy website. The website is therefore the company's flagship and an essential point of contact for interested parties.
For a modern and appealing online presence, Rehastudy therefore wanted a comprehensive website relaunch that would adequately represent the training centre and make course bookings quick and easy.
The aim was to design a high-performance, simple, functional and attractive website that reflects the company's professionalism, appeals to the target group in the best possible way and is particularly user-friendly. The top priority was the so-called «mobile first» approach. It was particularly important to our client, and therefore also to our development team, that the new website was optimised for mobile devices in particular.
Another challenge was the integration of the psc OLA content and booking system, which provided the information pages on the courses on offer and the courses for booking. All information on the educational programme had to be clearly presented on the new website and course bookings had to be possible directly via the website. The OLA booking system was to remain in place and manage registrations and other important information.
HubSpot quickly became the ideal content management system (CMS for short) for this project, as HubSpot not only offers a high-performance CMS, but also other smart, powerful and user-friendly hubs such as the HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, thus ensuring the possibility of future extensions.
Our development team has adapted attractive, simple and user-friendly templates to set up the website via HubSpot. We customised the templates according to the customer's wishes. Our main focus was also on the presentation of the website on mobile devices. For example, tiles and other responsive elements in a modern design now give the website an attractive and contemporary look.
The core data still exists in the OLA system and is played out directly to the new website via HubSpot thanks to a high-performance API («Application Programming Interfaces»). The principle is similar to a so-called headless CMS.
Course bookings via the HubSpot website are now also transferred directly to the existing booking system via an interface, thus avoiding duplicate data maintenance.
When integrating and communicating the various systems, our development team faced a challenging conceptual task: comprehensive property matching (mapping properties between different systems). Despite the complexity, particularly with regard to the established structures of the OLA system, our team successfully mastered this challenge. The flexibility of HubSpot enabled us to implement the property matching exactly according to the requirements.
Our development team is working on further «post live» functions for the website. We are also in the process of setting up the HubSpot CRM for Rehastudy. The aim is to make all customer information available in HubSpot to enable Rehastudy to run sophisticated, automated and appealing marketing campaigns from HubSpot in the future. HubSpot could therefore act as an all-in-one platform for Rehastudy in the future, making workflows significantly more efficient and thus saving valuable resources.
